Why do I need to live in Milwaukee County?
Open Fund Artist Project Grants are funded by the Open Fund Regional Re-granting program with support from The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts and The Ruth Foundation for the Arts. The Open Fund is a region specific program and has partner programs across the United States.
Who will review the applications?
A panel of Jurors will review eligible applications. The Winter 2023/2024 cycle jurors are Candice Davis, Tatsuhiko Togashi, and Haynes Riley.
When will I know if I will receive funding?
We will notify recipients in April and announce the awardees publicly by May.
Will I need to report on the grant?
Yes. A report of how the funds were spent is required for The Open Fund Grants.
